Meet the Press: Offset and Letterpress
Make a print and take it home with you!
- Sunday, May 5, 10-2pm
- Sunday June 2, 10-2pm
- Saturday July 6, 10-2pm
The ABDick Offset and Vandercook Letterpress are mainstays of the AS220 Printshop, and once a month we open up the shop to show you how they work. In this hands-on workshop, you will make multiples of a pre-designed image, going through the process of running the press, setting type, and pulling a series of prints. If you're interested in printmaking at AS220, this workshop will give you a broad overview of practices and techniques used in our shop.
